The sea fog is slowly burning off as we begin out first full day at the beach. Just sitting here watching the pelicans soaring just off the surf, a great blue heron patrolling the beach and enough birds chattering to.wake you up.
Today is our exploring day - there is a massive state park on the beach about 1/2 mile. Has to be a couple miles long. Saw a couple guys fishing a ways down the beach but didn't get to talk to them. There is also Fort Morgan that is at the tip of Gulf Shores.
So far everything in the condo has been what we expected. Everything works and very comfortable.
We have to prepare for our first 80 degree day today so it's shorts/sandals and sun screen. Oh my goodness, how will I ever survive?
