Again another windy day this AM. They weren't kidding when they said it was this way in March. Looks like there won't be any fishing or kite flying today but there is always the bikes.
Yesterday we went to Pensacola - a wonderful town. Cruised around and ended up on the Pensacola Airbase and the Naval Museum. It was like a mini Smithsonian. Pictures will be posted later. It was wonderful and had all kinds of planes that were used since the beginning of planes until video of astronauts in orbit. There is also an IMax theater and 2 hangers filled with more planes and ships that we never got to see. Definitely a MUST SEE place if you're ever in the area.
Terry has taken up walking the beach for exercise and enjoyment and has far out paced me in that endeavor. We estimated she walked about 2 miles in the sand (killer on the calfs) on Sunday - she has a goal to make it to the fishing pier which is over 1 1/2 miles away. Good luck - I'll stick it out practicing my clarinet.
